Artifacts Minor Update 2.3

This update adds more progression and npcs to the game! It also adds the title screen and difficulty options.

• Upon slaying a boss, the Hood will arrive. Talking to him will grant you another artifact slot.
• You now begin the game with less artifact slots.
• You can run into the Paladin while exploring the world. She can heal you back to full health!
• Difficulties are now in the game, and you can pick from easy, medium, hard, and insane. Each difficulty affects the amount of damage the player deals and how many artifacts are lost on death.
• The music box has been nerfed slightly.
